In 2013, a group of tech pioneers from Huawei, Baidu, Tencent, and Zhejiang University came together, driven by the era's call for innovation and a shared vision to empower industries through technology. This marked the beginning of AIT's journey, evolving from a startup team into a global service provider.

Each step of our growth reflects our commitment to innovation, and every achievement underscores our loyalty to that original aspiration.
FengHu Technology was officially founded in July. Our five core founders, including David Shang, all came from leading tech companies and top universities. Their sharp insight into technology trends quickly led the team to focus on the AI training management sector.
With strategic investment from Tencent Technology in May, the team began dedicated R&D. By the end of the year, we had launched Version 1.0 of our AI Training Management System for middle and front-line managers. The system innovatively blended "gamification" and "intelligence," lowering the barrier to learning through an entertaining format and using precise knowledge-matching algorithms to break the passive learning model. This successfully achieved the crucial shift from "required to learn" to "want to learn," setting an early benchmark for tech-enabled management.
When presented with a full acquisition offer from China Mobile, our leadership chose to uphold their commitment to independent innovation. After careful consideration, they declined the offer to maintain deep focus on our core sector. The subsequent launch of AI Training Management System 2.0 at year-end, recognized for its stability and practical features, was successfully adopted by renowned enterprises including China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group, Neptune Group, and HeungKong Group, solidifying our position in the enterprise service market.
We identified the growing demand for digital transformation within the education and training industry. Supported by continued investment from China Mobile, we initiated specialized R&D for K-12 tutoring institutions. By year-end, we officially launched "JiaoPeiTong 1.0," an AI-powered institution management system, together with an AI+RFID long-distance attendance system. These solutions were quickly adopted in provinces such as Guangdong and Hunan, opening a new chapter in digital services for the education sector.
A deep collaboration with Baidu led to the development of intelligent voice recognition wake-up functionality. We achieved industry-first capabilities in real-time video stream face recognition for AI attendance and single-image multi-face recognition, overcoming technical challenges such as recognizing students during rapid growth phases. JiaoPeiTong 5.0 was subsequently released. We also established a provincial and city-level agency network, creating a nationwide service framework. Client numbers surpassed 1,000 by December 8th.
A deepened cooperation with Tencent resulted in the WeChat-enabled JiaoPeiTong 6.0, which leveraged the WeChat ecosystem for convenient multi-device operation. Client numbers doubled to over 2,000 in less than a year.
User growth remained strong, with our client base surpassing 5,000 in May.
We reached a significant milestone with our client base expanding to over 10,000. This period of accelerated growth also marked the beginning of our global expansion, as we extended services to Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and overseas markets.
This year marked a pivotal transformation for our company. We unveiled our new identity as Aieasyfit (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd., a change that fully embodies our core values of "Technology-Driven, Service-First." This rebranding opened a new chapter, crowned by significant industry recognition: on December 1st, at the 2023 "Echo China" Annual Forum hosted by Tencent News · Education Channel, we were honored with the "Annual Influential EdTech Service Provider" award. Additionally, the establishment of Guangzhou Aieasyfit Technology Co., Ltd. further strengthened our regional service capabilities.
Our global strategy materialized with the successful signing of our first agency in North America, marking the formal large-scale entry of our products into the international market.
We launched our new flagship brand, Aieasyfit, focused on institution management for both the training and sports/fitness sectors. Aieasyfit is built on an enterprise-grade security architecture: data transmission uses 3DES symmetric encryption, protected by WAF and SSL technologies; data storage employs multi-site disaster recovery backups; and the system supports private AI large model deployment. Aieasyfit is designed to empower global institutional clients through AI digital transformation, embarking on a new journey of AI-enabled management.
